Refund Policy

Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your Dao subscription at any time. Once cancelled, you will continue to have access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be made after cancellation.

Refund Eligibility

We offer a full refund within 7 days of your initial subscription purchase if you are not satisfied with our service. To request a refund, contact us at hello@askdao.app with your payment details.

Non-Refundable Cases

• Requests made more than 7 days after the initial purchase
• Renewal charges (cancel before the renewal date to avoid charges)
• Partial month usage

Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days and returned to your original payment method.
