1. Service Description

Dao provides AI-powered BaZi (Four Pillars of Destiny) readings based on the birth date and time you provide. Our readings are generated using artificial intelligence and traditional Chinese metaphysics principles.

2. Disclaimer

Dao readings are provided for entertainment and self-reflection purposes only. They do not constitute professional advice of any kind — including medical, financial, legal, or psychological advice. You should not make important life decisions based solely on the information provided by our service.

3. Free and Paid Usage

  • Free users receive up to 2 unique readings
  • Paid subscribers ($9.9/month) receive unlimited readings and AI chat consultations
  • Repeat readings of the same birth data do not count toward the free limit

4. Subscriptions

Subscriptions are billed monthly at $9.9 USD through our payment provider, Creem. Your subscription will automatically renew each month unless cancelled. You can cancel your subscription at any time, and you will retain access until the end of your current billing period.

5. Accuracy

While our BaZi calculations follow traditional Chinese metaphysics methods, the AI-generated interpretations are for reference only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any reading. Results may vary based on the accuracy of the birth data you provide.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on Dao, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Dao and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Dao is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
